Some programs are suitable for online work, yes! Those include anything that focuses on building awareness and healthful habits in day to day life. Movement and bodywork sessions are done in person. When coaching and training, it's essential to have a 3-dimensional view of a client in order to provide the safest and most comprehensive care.

An initial program is based on 3 or 4 sessions with the idea of beginning a process of change. If the process is going well and the program is impactful, it is possible to continue working together to further impact and address the broader aspects of the original issue holistically. The hope is that the person completing the program will have gained some tools to continue engaging in the change they want to make through their own practices. This is all dependent on the complexity of the issue and how readily new skills and habits can be accommodated.
